Facing a future of shrinking staff and complex patient care, Rijnstate Hospital needs efficient ways to train doctors and nurses on workplace innovations without adding to their heavy workloads. For this project, my team and I designed a multimedia solution blending physical interactions with digital interfaces.
We created an interactive path that serves up micro-learning moments throughout the hospital. As medical staff move through the building, the path displays subtle, high-value snippets of information. If a professional has a spare moment, they can interact with the system to unlock deeper layers of knowledge or submit their own innovative ideas. This project allowed me to design across boundaries—combining physical spatial design with digital interface prototyping and video production.
